2. Design & Mockup Approval
After reviewing your design, we’ll provide a detailed quote based on size, complexity, materials, and finish options.
3. Payment Submitted
Once you approve the quote, full payment is required to begin production.
4. Design Mockup & Approval
We create a digital mockup for your review and approval.
After design approval, all payments are non-refundable.
5. Precision Crafting
Your piece is cut, layered, sanded, assembled, and finished with meticulous attention to detail.
6. Final Delivery
Choose between secure shipping or local pickup once your custom piece is complete.

Production Timeline
Our standard production timeline is 2–4 weeks after mockup approval.
Production officially begins once:
Full payment has been submitted
The design mockup has been approved
Because every piece is custom-built and varies in size and complexity, specific timelines will be communicated at the time your order is placed.
If you have a deadline for an event, anniversary, probate, or installation, please let us know when submitting your design so we can confirm availability.
